Return & Exchange Policy
At The Floyde Edit, every piece is thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. We take pride in delivering products that meet our quality standards and your expectations.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping for both returns and exchanges.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed in accordance with our return guidelines.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.
- The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thefloydedit@gmail.com Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
